Really? Honestly?

ah crap. i just pretty much got rejected for the first place i applied to for industrial placement. except that the nice man on the phone didn't put it in those exact words- something more along the lines of "we haven't sent you the letter of declination or something or other yet, that means we haven't rejected you. but we have filled our quota, please do keep in touch for any possible openings..."

hah. i see they place a lot of emphasis on their PR over there, to say the least.

ah well, now i have to go work on getting a placement somewhere else, or else i'll be free for the rest of the year, i think, if the university allows us to take long semesters off.

is it really worth it to undergo this kind of stress and worry over MORE stress and worry? honestly? my answer would be no. i'm only doing it because everybody else is doing it. =\
